New Favorite Product!

Hey everyone! Wow, it's been a while hasn't it? I am so sorry! Will you ever forgive me... please? Today I want to talk about my new favorite skin care product that I purchased about three weeks ago. It's called, wait for it... wait for it... Barielle Pro Skin Polish Exfoliant!

Now, this skin product is my new favorite for many reasons. The main reason is that it actually does what it says it's supposed to do. The description of the product said that it gently exfoliates dead skin cells away and helps to create more even and smooth skin. It does just that!

The skin polish has very tiny granules of what I assume is sugar cane mixed into a light cream. Reading the ingredients list this is the only thing that I found that could be what exfoliates. Don't quote me on that though. Hehe. Whatever it is... it is tiny which helps with the gentle aspect of exfoliation. I can't tell you how many times I've had the unfortunate experience of using a face scrub and feeling like my face was torn off. This does the opposite. The cream part of the skin polish is very light and again, gentle. It's almost odorless, smells just a little bit like lotion, and really helps to calm the skin. The combo of tiny granules and a light cream makes for a very nice, gentle, and effective exfoliation.

I was a little worried about buying it because I thought that for the price, $11, it seemed to be kind of small and not worth it. However, I am very happy that I caved in a bought it. I've had this little baby for about three weeks and I use it three-four times a week and it still looks unused. One of the main reasons as to why it still looks so fresh and new inside is that the consistency of the product is thin enough to regain it's shape which is HIGHLY convenient.

I've used this for three weeks and still looks new!
Having a semi thick/semi thin consistency allows for you to get the most out of a product. You don't end up using a whole lot because a little goes a long way. The product moves back into the shape of the jar and goes flat so that you don't have to be digging around for more product. I really, really enjoy this. I always hate having to dig my fingers into something and scrap around to get the last bit of it; this doesn't have that problem.

Another great aspect of this product is that it is full of antioxidants which really help to clear, smooth, and renew the skin. It has a bunch of fruit extracts that are great for the skin like pomegranate, orange, lemon and many more. This skin polish has wonderful ingredients to help make the skin feel amazing and renewed! Love, love, love it!

The skin polish can be used from anywhere to 2-7 days because it is so gentle on the skin. This is great because I always want to use this when I clean my face! It just makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. Overall it is a great product and I am really glad that I caved in a bought it. It is for sure worth the money and I would recommend it to all of my friends wanting a gentle skin exfoliant.

Let's talk pros and cons now.

Pros:

  • Very gentle on the skin
  • Semi thick/semi thin consistency
  • Does what it says
  • Light scent
  • Travel size

Cons:

  • $11 is a little steep
  • A bigger jar option would be nice
  • Not quite sure what the granules are

So, I will let you decide if the pros out weigh the cons for yourself but I feel that they really do. This product is great, the jar is very cute yet functional and it does what it says. Now if only they had a bigger jar...!

I hope that this post has been helpful and that you'll love this skin polish as much as I do!

Very cute lid! Love it!
